All countries have a centralised bank. Germany's wartime companies were in competition against each other. Both Porsche and Henschel tended for the Tiger I and Tiger II contracts while the war was on. The USA doesn't use slave labour which the Nazis had to use. The USA's intervention is to return the economy to capitalistic supply and demand economics.
