Claims that netted him leave to not report for work for years and years at time, fly top class, stay at top class hotels, never submit any work, gain handicapped parking space, receive salary over the top limit allowed, for 13 years, receive pension related to his top grossing years, receive salary and incentive to not leave EPA even after his retirement party and supposed retirement:

Worked undercover for CIA
Replacement in CIA killed by Taliban so further incentives were necessary to keep his services as fill-in agent
Now he's living in the guest room at Brenner's home. The award winners
