All the time and everywhere as equally as in the U.S.. It may take different forms or ways of doing it, but it does. It is only unfortunate that for where they do occur, say here in Canada, the U.S. represent the heart of the entertainment and so most people drift towards your sources easier. If we have a site set up for Canadians, it only entertains an audience that appeals mostly to Canadians with its smaller population and so doesn't get much notice from outsiders. So, especially for a small country like Canada or Australia, we join up with the American sites with good reason. But then, many foreign guests do not feel appropriate to bring up their own country's concerns because they may feel that no one would be interested. This will change in time. I, for instance, have brought up many issues on American-based forums about Canadian problems within. It often requires more explanation of our background politics which makes the issues more burdensome to address simply, however.

In your country (you, being a person who is in a country that isn't the US), does your government get blamed for various phenomena? And is it in a manner such as "THEY are trying to cover it up! THEY don't want you to know!"
Since the majority of posters on this forum are American, Canadian, or Australian, I'm basically asking if the Canadian or Australian governments are blamed for phenomena by nutjobs in your respective countries.
